I wanted to share a few verses with you that are life-savers in my life, especially when the dark cloud of guilt and shame comes over me... I asked God for forgiveness for the "umpteenth" time over something that has been on my heart for months last week, but this time I BELIEVED that He forgave me, and I accepted His forgiveness. I feel like a songbird set free to sing and fly once again! God is SO good! 2 Chronicles 30:9 really struck a chord with me today. :0)
Awesome and mighty is our Lord.
Ever since I accepted His forgiveness and accepted His grace, the picutre of a bird set free has become so personal to me... We no longer are caged birds but free to live life!
